This role ministers to families by caring for their children, allowing parents to worship, serve, and participate fully in church activities.Reporting StructureThe Childcare Worker will report directly to the Kids Ministry Childcare Supervisor. ResponsibilitiesThe Childcare Worker plans, leads, and guides activities throughout the event, including Bible stories, crafts, music, and physical play. They monitor children at all times to ensure safety, provide guidance on hygiene and sanitation, and follow all safety procedures and protocols.RequirementsApplicants must be at least 16 years old and, if 18 or older, pass a background check. They should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and strive to live a life pleasing to Him. A love for children, a passion for ministry, and the ability to work well on a team are essential. Flexibility and willingness to work with any age group are also required.
