Inside Sales Representative

Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on-site, Inside Salary Sales position. The sales associate would be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, building relationships with customers, helping them identify product needs, recommending products, processing orders, purchasing materials, and stocking the retail area.QualificationsMust have excellent attendance and a leadership attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust exorcise good judgement and common sense.Knowledge of construction products and services preferred but not requiredAbility to work well in a teamExperience in a sales or customer service roleAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadMust have Microsoft Excel skills.
