Med/Surg RN (Infectious Disease Unit)

Job Description The Med/Surg RN (Infectious Disease Unit) collects, reports, analyzes and provides data on an ongoing basis and as required by physician and/or interdisciplinary teams in accordance with organization standards. Revises and evaluates effectiveness of patient care documentation. Uses interviews, surveys, focus groups and questionnaires to identify and resolves areas for improvement. 23 (All private) Bed Unit Current nurse ratio is 4:1 unless the acuity tolerates a 5:1 ratio Future patient population for the unit will be Tuberculosis (TB); MRSA, VRE, CRO, Respiratory Issues, SEPSIS, C-Diff and/or basically patient issues requiring PPE 1 year of recent Med-Surg RN experience in acute care hospital setting required (Experience needs to be within the last year) Will accept BSN or ASN Compact State RN license or GA RN license required Competitive pay Full benefits offered Looking to relocate?
