We offer a consistent 4-day work week (Mon-Thur, 5:30 am-4:30 pm), allowing you to master your craft while maintaining a predictable personal schedule.Your Role: The Technical ExpertIn this role, you won't be guessing. You will use your deep knowledge of industrial painting techniques to:Master the Mix: Precisely mix enamels, lacquers, and paints to exact color, consistency, and viscosity specificationsExecute with Precision: Apply a wide variety of coatings to obtain a high-grade finish on steel containers and compactorsMaintain Standards: Follow SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and OSHA standards to the letter, ensuring a safe and orderly workspacePreparation & Finality: Handle all technical tasks associated with final preparation to ensure products are perfect prior to shipmentThe RequirementsProven Expertise: 1 year of industrial spray painting experience (preferred)Disciplined Safety: Ability to strictly follow respirator training, pass annual physicals, and maintain safety equipmentPhysical Capability: Able to handle the physical rigors of the role, including lifting 75 lbs and navigating tall steel structuresThe Benefits of Joining Our TeamWe believe specialists should be rewarded for their dedication.
