Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Occupational TherapistCurrent licensure and certification in occupational therapyBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)Proven ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plansStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of outpatient therapy procedures and multidisciplinary collaborationNice to Have Skills: Lymphedema certificationExperience with specialty therapies such as wound care, vestibular, aquatics, sports rehabilitation, Parkinson s therapy, MBS & FEES studies, or complementary specialtiesBilingual abilities or experience working with diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programAt least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience in a reputable healthcare settingDemonstrated competence in handling complex cases within a multidisciplinary teamOther Requirements: This position requires adaptability to varying schedules; hours may fluctuate based on departmental needsAbility to work within the schedule of 8:00 am to 6:15 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential schedule adjustmentsCommitment to maintaining compliance with all relevant medical, safety, and operational standardsWillingness to participate in ongoing professional development and departmental trainingThis role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $51.09, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and participation in our robust referral bonus program.
