ChemistLos Angeles, CAFull-Time, On-SiteOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chemist to support laboratory operations and ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of chemical testing and analysis. This role is fully on-site in Los Angeles and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting critical projects across manufacturing, environmental, or industrial applications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished productsPerform routine and non-routine laboratory testing using standard methods and instrumentationMaintain accurate records of test results, observations, and proceduresInterpret data and prepare reports with clear conclusions and recommendationsEnsure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality control proceduresCalibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipmentSupport method development, validation, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and engineeringJob RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field2 to 5 years of hands-on laboratory experienceStrong understanding of laboratory techniques and analytical methodsExperience with instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or similarKnowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, or similar)Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentationEffective communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, environmental, pharmaceutical, or industrial settingsFamiliarity with LIMS or other laboratory data systemsExperience with method development or validationWork EnvironmentFully on-site role based in Los AngelesLaboratory setting with standard safety protocols and PPE requirementsCollaborative team environment with opportunities for growthReferrals are welcome.
