Key Responsibilities: Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of AL Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
