Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Advanced Family Dental Spa (Carpentersville, IL) and Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Dentistry (Crystal Lake, IL) are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Advanced Family Dental Spa - 2429 Randall Rd, Carpentersville, IL 60110 Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Dentistry - 720 Cog Cir Ste H, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Office Hours: * Monday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Crystal Lake) * Tuesday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Carpentersville) * Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Crystal Lake) * Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Carpentersville) Compensation: * $40-60+ /hr plus uncapped hygiene incentive plan * Competitive pay and incentives, a sign-on bonus available Requirements: * Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois * Anesthetic Certification * Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations * CPR Certification * Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling * Excellent communication skills * Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health * Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients * Delivery of an exceptional patient experience * Integrity-focused work ethic * Team-player attitude * Ability to multi-task * Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback * Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of!
