Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, assist tenants with past due accounts, and ensure clear communication with other departments. Property Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean storage units, maintain the property, and conduct daily inspections for facility functionality. Other Responsibilities: Regularly deposit cash payments at the bank and complete essential paperwork. What We Need From You: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. A year of experience in the Storage Rental Industry is ideal, though strong customer service experience will be considered. Availability to work Monday-Saturday during business hours, including some holidays, as our properties are open Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. You should be comfortable working independently or in small teams. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and regularly walk around the property.
