Packager - 2nd Shift

Packager Position Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packagers for a leading manufacturing company located in Crookston, MN. What Youll Do as a Packager: Maintain assigned work areas at the highest possible sanitation level Package bulk and bag products Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machines and equipment Ensure peak performance capability and smooth operation of the packaging lines, including retail Assist in the training of new and transfer employees Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily Maintain a high level of personal and environmental safety Perform all miscellaneous duties assigned by the department supervisor What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role: High School Diploma or GED 6+ months of experience in a packaging role Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Proficiency in basic math and computer skills Interpersonal effectiveness as a team player Forklift operation skills and experience Mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions: Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
