Proof of age may be required upon hire.Crew Members are the front-line for the overall guest experience of Lake Gregory.Essential Functions Maintain and rent equipment to include boats and other vessels Maintain general cleanliness of the beaches, open areas, and parking lots Cleaning of indoor and outdoor spaces Use cash register and follow all cash handling procedures accurately Anticipate and respond to guest needs/requests Additional Functions Assisting other departments as needed Serving as an attendant at the beach, waterslide or Splash Islands Safe operation of various minor equipment and tools Landscaping and groundskeeping Other duties as assigned by supervisor Major Competency Areas Attention to detail Ability to organize and maintain a clean work area Ability to follow instructions, learn new skills, and accept guidance/supervision Ability to work alone and with others in a timely manner Excellent attitude with guests and co-workers Qualifications High school diploma preferred Must be able to work some weekends and odd hours Current driver license Excellent character as demonstrated by work values Current CPR and First Aid certifications Agreement with Lake Gregory mission-vision-values Compliance with employee handbook Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds & walk and carry over uneven terrain Ability to work in inclement weather including heat, rain, snow, and ice Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job Other physical demands a.
