OPEN POSITIONS: GROUP LEADER - $16.43/hour Minimum Qualifications: * HS Diploma/GED * 2 years experience working with children under 13 SITE SUPERVISOR I - $20.74/hour Minimum Qualifications: * Associate's degree, School Age Childcare Credential, or 18 college credits in a related field * 2 years experience with children under 13 * 1 year supervisory experience ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS): * Maintain 30 hours of childcare-related training every 2 years * Tuberculosis (TB) Test and physician's clearance to work in childcare * Basic computer skills, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities * Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community * Child Abuse Prevention (Supervisory Staff), CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 30 days of hire) * New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire) WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm/3:00pm - 5:30pm/6:00pm (shift start & end times vary by school location) PART TIME BENEFITS Employee YMCA Membership, Y Retirement, Paid Sick Leave, and more!
