Located just 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta and near the serene Lake Oconee, our practice is a part of East Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates.We pride ourselves on being a leader in digestive health within a warm and supportive community.As one of the largest private gastroenterology practices, we are committed to providing patients with compassionate, innovative, and cost-effective healthcare.Our practice encompasses three MD/DOs and three Advanced Practice Providers, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.Job Responsibilities: Provide patient-centric gastroenterology care in our Conyers, Covington, and Oconee Medical Offices.Manage approximately 15-18 patients daily.Perform a variety of procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, and flexible sigmoidoscopy.Participate in a 1:4 hospital call schedule.Engage in telehealth services and utilize advanced diagnostic tools like video capsule endoscopy.Contribute to clinical autonomy while ensuring high-quality patient care.Collaborate effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.Qualifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology (Required).Willingness to obtain Georgia medical license (Required).Clean malpractice history (Preferred).Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, required).DEA license required before starting.License and Certification Requirements: Valid Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain.Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.DEA license, to be obtained prior to employment.Covington, Georgia, offers a tight-knit community atmosphere mixed with the charm of Southern hospitality.Enjoy picturesque surroundings, local events, and close proximity to Atlanta's amenities"”making it an ideal place for both work and play. xijylhu Explore the warmth and beauty of Covington while building a fulfilling career in gastroenterology!
