Location:Costa Mesa, CASalary:$32.00 USD Hourly - $43.00 USD HourlyDescription: Electronics TechnicianLocation: Costa Mesa, CAWork Arrangement: 100% Onsite, 5 days/weekEmployment Type: 6-month contract (potential to convert)About the TeamThe Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering team develops high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for autonomous air vehicles and missile platforms. The team delivers flight-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures used in complex and contested operational environments.What You'll DoAssemble electronic box assemblies by following detailed work instructions and engineering documentationPerform incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical components to verify quality and specification complianceConduct basic electrical testing and support troubleshooting of assembly issuesMaintain accurate build records, test results, and documentation of issues or deviationsSupport kitting of materials and components as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and ESD-controlled work environmentRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment building electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies (aerospace, electronics, or medical preferred)Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment such as multimetersFamiliarity with IPC standards including IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STDStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environmentMust be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled informationPreferred Qualifications5+ years of electronics assembly experienceExperience troubleshooting electronic box assembliesAbility to clearly document failures and write detailed issue or nonconformance reportsBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
