Middle School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Corvallis, Oregon

This full-time, school-based position in Corvallis, OR offers an opportunity to apply your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within elementary, middle, or high school settings. With a caseload that varies according to district needs, you will support students through comprehensive behavioral assessment and intervention services. Key responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand student behaviors. Developing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Providing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to promote effective strategies. Monitoring progress through data collection, analysis, and documentation. Collaborating with IEP teams and attending meetings as necessary to support student goals. Qualifications: Active BCBA certification is required.
