This includes providing support to all departments within the BCV facility, including but not limited to ESL production, Aseptic production, Processing, and Quality Control. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintains records and information on Continuous Improvement projects. Attend project meetings and report on the status of various projects and related action items. Assists in the creation and execution of Continuous Improvement projects while following the DMAIC process via techniques such as 5s, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM, OEE, PDCA, and MOC (RCA Analysis). Identify CI training opportunities and assist with the development and implementation of training. Acting as the main point of contact for all questions related to Continuous Improvement on the floor. Roll out new projects to the floor and train SMEs to use them across all shifts. Work directly with the Sr. CI manager to create a uniform CI program between sites and train all staff on the changes. Min. QualificationsA minimum of a GED or a High School Diploma is required.
