GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:The Clinic Director for Driscoll Children's Hospital is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall performance of all assigned clinics (Provider and Non-Provider Based) and/or assigned Service Lines. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The Clinic Director collaborates with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to optimize workflow, enhance patient experience, and support growth initiatives. Additionally, they manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiencies to uphold Driscoll Children's Hospital's mission of providing exceptional pediatric care to the communities we serve.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. (if applicable)Minimum of three years management experience in a clinic setting.Demonstrates strong leadership skills in hospital related activitiesCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSRegistered Nurse, Texas Board of Nursing (if applicable). Certification in specialty (if available and/or applicable)
