Key Responsibilities of the Key Operations Supervisor: This fast-paced role supports restaurant operations and staff, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and systems. Contribute to the restaurant's success by building sales, achieving goals, and driving profitability. Provide daily supervision of team members during shifts to maintain and improve company standards. Model professional behavior that fosters a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere, inspiring team members to excel. Maximize financial success during productive and guest-focused shifts. Open and close the restaurant according to company policies and procedures. Assist with supervision during shifts unrelated to opening or closing. Previous leadership experience is required. 1-2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants is preferred. College education and/or culinary training is a plus.
