Material Handling Equipment Operator The Material Handling Equipment Operator is responsible for loading and unloading merchandise from trucks and safely moving material within the warehouse by carrying, lifting, and safely operating a hand truck, or skid steer. Minimum 1 hour of pay for brief on call skid steer duties. Responsibilities: Help unload and load trucks in a safe manner Receive and sort Operate a skid steer or pallet jack safely and efficiently Help maintain strict organization in the backroom Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Always have a customer-first mentality Qualifications: Willingness to gain a vast knowledge of consumable products Experience in a retail environment preferred Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask Ability to stand for an extended period of time Able to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently At least 18 years of age. Compensation: $16.10 per hour
