Job Description:
Primary Purpose Assist ITS Help Desk Technicians with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all computers and peripherals on SWOCC campuses. * This position is only open to Student Workers* * 3 to 20 hours per week* Description of Essential Functions Clean, diagnose, and repair devices. Set up hardware/software systems, set up computers/printers in networked environment, image multiple computers on a network, remove viruses, cable cleanup management, windows updates, identify problems, and data entry. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be current degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credits. Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0. Must be eligible to receiveFWS based on financial need and eligibility requirements determined by FAFSA. RequiredSkills/Experience:Students in this job will need the following skills.
