Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client located just outside of Cookeville to recruit and hire a Full-Time HR/Payroll AdministratorResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on timePrepare payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, year-end)Maintain payroll data, including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefitsHandle garnishments, reimbursements, and benefit deductionsSupport audits and ensure compliance with payroll regulationsMonitor timekeeping records and PTO balances for accuracyRespond to employee payroll inquiriesSupport other departments and areas as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of payroll experienceExperience with payroll systems and excelExperience with audits and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)Manufacturing industry background preferredBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package starting on day one, health/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO and holidays, 401k match, opportunities for career growth and development, and more.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled .
