Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Nephrology (Outpatient + Dialysis Rounding) Location: Cookeville, TN Job Type: Full-Time Flexible Schedule Options Available Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality outpatient nephrology care ( 90% outpatient, 10% hospital-based) Perform dialysis rounding at local centers Provide patient education and ongoing care management for a largely elderly population Collaborate closely with nephrologists and support staff Minimal hospital duties with no overnight shifts Schedule Options: Flexible work hours, including 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM for better work-life balance Choose from 4-day or 4.5-day workweeks Salary adjusted to match your preferred schedule Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP) Experience in nephrology, internal medicine, or dialysis preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Interest in working with elderly, long-term patients Why Join Us?
