Job Description:
AIM Academy seeks a highly motivated individual to fill an exciting role in our Information Technology Department. You will be responsible for providing technical support for staff and students. Please review AIM's Equity and Diversity Statementonline.At AIM Academy, our hiring process reflects our culture, ethics, and core values: Care for Others, Creative Problem Solving, Commitment to Excellence, and a Can-Do Attitude.Responsibilities and duties:Provides on-site desktop and other technical support to faculty, staff, and students.Install, troubleshoot, and patch software on computer systems.Perform imaging, updates, and troubleshoot school hardware and related devices.Support network communications and infrastructure.Document, track, and monitor incidents and requests on the helpdesk ticketing system.Troubleshoots technical problems, answer customer questions, and resolve issues.Support events on the school's campus.Administers Google Workspace environment.
