As a Human Resources Generalist, you will oversee daily HR operations, including the administration of HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with talent management processes. You will also support compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent AcquisitionServe as a primary recruiting coordinator, managing job postings and candidate pipelines through WizeHireSupport the build-out and ongoing administration of our recruiting workflows in Rippling as we expand the platformScreen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications end-to-endPartner with department leaders to understand personnel needs and source the right talent across our portfolio brandsMaintain accurate recruiting records and help track open roles, pipeline status, and offer activityPayroll ProcessingProcess multi-brand payroll across 15+ entities using Rippling, ensuring accuracy and timelinessManage payroll-related changes, including new hires, terminations, status changes, and compensation updatesServe as a first point of contact for employee payroll questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as neededSupport payroll reconciliation and reporting, helping ensure records are clean and audit-readyBenefits AdministrationAssist with day-to-day benefits administration, including health insurance, 401(k) elections, and open enrollmentManage employee onboarding and offboarding in benefits platformsRespond to employee questions on plan options, coverage, and changes with accuracy and careHR Operations & Employee SupportLearn the HR foundations of Continuum Companies and serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees across brandsMaintain accurate employee records, employment verifications, and documentation in RipplingSupport onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, consistent experience for new hiresAssist with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and HR policy administrationAudit, Compliance & Special ProjectsAssist with HR audits "” pulling reports, reviewing records, and supporting documentation requestsHelp monitor compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including wage and hour requirementsParticipate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as the team growsSupport cross-brand reporting and contribute to materials for leadership and board-level updates as neededQualifications1-2 years of HR experience preferred; recent grads with strong internships or transferable experience are welcome to applyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExposure to payroll platforms; Rippling experience is a strong plusFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems; WizeHire experience is a bonusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-entity environmentClear, professional communicator "” both written and verbalWorking knowledge of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and payroll compliance basicsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or in progress) is a plus
