Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Conroe, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $1,500 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Details : Title: Travel RN Case Manager - Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift) Location: HCA Houston Conroe, 3rd Floor, 506 Building Weekly Pay (Travel): $1500 Benefits Candidate Submission Requirements for Travel RN Case Manager - Rehab Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Must be valid and in good standing for the state of Texas (or compact state license accepted). Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Current and unexpired BLS certification is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in inpatient rehabilitation or related settings. Case management experience is highly preferred. Availability: Able to commit to the full 13-week assignment starting approximately October 6, 2025. Able to work day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), including every other weekend on call. Documentation: Updated resume with detailed clinical experience. Copies of current RN license and BLS certification.
