SHOE SHOW, INC., the country's largest privately held footwear retailer in business for 65 years with nearly 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position is onsite at the corporate headquarters in Concord, NC. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!What you should know:This individual is primarily responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Corporate professional roles and serves as a dedicated recruitment partner for Half Moon Outfitters (HMO), one of our retail brands. In this capacity, the role supports the hiring of field-level management positions for HMO in partnership with district and business leadership. In addition, this role provides targeted onsite recruiting support for the Distribution Center (DC) to assist with defined high-volume hiring activity. This role partners closely with corporate leaders, HMO field leadership, and the Recruiting team to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and ensure each hire is aligned to role requirements and organizational culture.What you will do:Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate and District Manager roles, from intake through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, clarify role requirements, and align on hiring timelines.Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, social platforms, resume databases, and community outreach.Conduct phone and video screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring needs.Partner with the Distribution Center Recruiter on defined, recurring recruiting activities to provide on-site support where needed, including onsite interview days, job fairs, or hiring events.Travel to support hiring events, job fairs, and other field activities.Qualifications8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume retail or multi-unit environments.Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and resume databases.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Benefits:At SHOE SHOW, INC., each eligible employee can participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, 401(k) with company match, Merchandise discounts, Paid-Time-Off, Sick Pay, and Holidays.Your career is waiting for you so please apply now!EOE
