Required Skills: Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care or related settingsProficiency with Epic EMR systemAbility to independently evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months+) in a high-volume environmentValid Board Certification (PA certification, Family NP certification, NCCPA, or equivalent)Current BLS certificationValid NC DEA licenseExcellent soft skills, including communication, professionalism, and teamworkComfortable performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation, among othersAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionNice to Have Skills: Experience floating across different urgent care centers or regionsExperience treating a mixed patient demographic, including pediatrics and adultsFamiliarity with Epic EMR with previous modified trainingMultilingual abilities or cultural competencePreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or NursingActive licensure and certification as requiredMinimum of 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experienceStrong procedural skills and comfort managing diverse clinical casesOther Requirements: Willingness to serve at multiple locations within a 60-mile radius of your residenceParticipation in scheduled EMR training and onboarding sessionsAbility to pass a clinical screening and credentialing processNo travel reimbursement; mileage reimbursement onlyFlexibility to support shifts as needed, including participating in set training WednesdaysOff-site supervision provided; no supervision required during patient careThis position offers competitive hourly pay at $1.00/hour, along with comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a robust referral bonus program.
