Job Description:
Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Management & Shipping Coordinator to support end-to-end order processing, production coordination, and shipping operations.This role serves as a key liaison between Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional mannerAllocate and process customer orders accurately in the A2000 systemCollaborate with Production teams in Asia to ensure timely delivery of productsUpdate and maintain stock and sold inventory recordsInput production shipment data into the system upon receipt of invoices, ensuring accuracy of all informationFollow up with Production teams regarding TOP sample submission schedules to customersCoordinate with warehouse teams for pick and pack operationsRoute customer orders and prepare shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related export documents for key accounts (Burlington, Bealls, Macy's, Boscov, Marine, TK, Cracker Barrel, TJ Maxx)Follow up with Shipping team/carriers for pick-up and delivery schedulesGenerate invoices and send documentation via email and/or EDI to customersQualifications2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, or operations coordination preferredExperience with ERP systems (A2000 experience is a plus)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external teamsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience with EDI and wholesale retail accounts is a plus
