Salary : $50000 - $70000 We're looking for two goal-oriented candidates with strong work ethics to join our recruiting team. You can work in any or our specialties, such as legal, accounting & finance, construction, restoration, collections, sales & marketing, IT, or bring your own specialty to grow a business within a business. Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews Handle all negotiations and close deals Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates Job Requirements: This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a career change or someone with a year of sales or recruiting experience seeking career growth.
