Job Title: Help desk ConsultantLocation: Columbus, OhJob description• Create and manage user accounts, home folders, and network shares.• Provide timely responses and follow-up on daily Help Desk tickets and support requests.• Perform Active Directory maintenance, including accounts, groups, and OUs.• Maintain existing scripts and automated jobs.• Support all account- and access-related issues.• Maintain departmental documentation and runbooks for Identity Management.• Manage and assign Office 365 licenses.• Maintain Group Policies.• Support and maintain the Identity Management and Account Request systems.• All consulting services will be provided fully remotely.
