Requirements Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on Telemetry and Urology units Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias promptly Start IVs and manage peripheral lines and IV therapy safely and effectively Chart accurately and use EPIC to document patient assessments, meds, and care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT and pharmacy to coordinate care Support patients with nephrology, urology, benign hematology and medical/surgical needs Maintain isolation precautions and safely administer/monitor hazardous medications as required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of RN experience (required) BLS certification (required) EPIC experience (required) Skills in IV start, telemetry, and intermediate care (required) Previous travel experience preferred Flu vaccine required per facility guideline (medical exemptions only) 29717918EXPPLAT
