Position SummaryThe Pool Cashier/Runner supports the concession operation by providing accurate transactions, food delivery, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service to members and guests during the summer pool season.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate POS system and handle transactions accuratelyMaintain cash drawer accountabilityDeliver food orders to designated pickup areas (optional)Maintain cleanliness of concession and surrounding areasRestock beverages, supplies, and condimentsCommunicate effectively with grill staffProvide friendly and professional customer serviceStrong customer service skillsBasic math and cash-handling skillsAbility to work outdoors in summer conditionsAbility to stand for extended periodsReliable attendance throughout season
