2nd Shift Trainer

Job Full Description Job Summary/Company Information: An automotive manufacturing company in Columbus, IN is hiring a Trainer to their team. Train production and assembly employees directly at their workstations, ensuring they understand processes and can perform tasks safely and correctly. Trainer's Responsibilities: Provide hands-on training to new and existing team members. Verify that all products meet required safety and quality standards. Audit production lines to ensure work instructions and procedures are being followed correctly. Model safe work habits and adhere to all safety protocols. Assist on the production line when coverage is needed. Work overtime when required to support production needs. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-12am Overtime as needed Trainer's Benefits/ Pay: $21.50/HR Medical, dental, and vision insurance once hired on PTO time 401K And more! Qualifications: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive use of hands and fingers. Regular reaching and occasional stooping during work activities. Must occasionally lift or move items weighing more than 25 lbs. Bilingual in English and Spanish (helpful but not required). Capability to handle problem-solving, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain professionalism. Prefers previous training experience.
