Customer Service Associate

Job Full Description Job Summary/Company Information: A company in the Columbus, IN area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This individual will help out in a variety of ways including entering customer information and orders, taking all incoming calls from customers and troubleshooting issues. The Customer Service Associate will also assist with pulling and picking products, filling out bills of lading, and a variety of other basic warehouse duties. This is a great opportunity with a state-of-the art company The CSA will process customer EDI, and process orders through SAP/M2M. They will monitor customer portals for multiple compliances. Pay: $20.50/hr Benefits available upon hire-on! Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm Requirements: Previous shipping and receiving experience is a must! The Customer Service Representative must have experience with SAP and be comfortable creating spreadsheets and using formulas in Excel. The ideal candidate will have a forklift license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Experience with comprehensive inventory system. Prefered but not required Oracle experience and APICS certification.
