This role is responsible for managing a team of route drivers, ensuring deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of route drivers across assigned territoriesEnsure routes are completed on time and in accordance with customer expectationsConduct route audits and ride-a-longs to ensure service quality and complianceTrain and mentor new drivers on company standards and proceduresHandle customer service concerns quickly and professionallyCoordinate with plant operations to ensure accurate and timely product loadingMaintain compliance with DOT and company safety standardsFill in and run delivery routes when necessaryRequirements:2+ years of experience in route operations, delivery, or logistics (linen or laundry industry experience preferred)Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL a plus but not requiredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyComfortable with route planning software and mobile technologyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active roleWhy Join Wade Linen Service?Competitive, consistent pay (no overtime)Full benefits after 90 daysPaid training and uniforms providedProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow within a stable and respected company
