Key Responsibilities Establish and manage the cost management program for large-scale capital projects Provide detailed analysis on cost risks and issues to project managers and stakeholders Develop and lead earned value components and support project control execution plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field 8 or more years of experience in cost management for capital projects Direct experience in complex, matrixed environments Expertise in using Excel Experience in the construction industry, with a preference for life sciences experience
