Required Skills Valid CRNA certification and active state license (or compact license accepted)Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a high-volume settingACLS, BLS; PALS preferredProficiency in using Epic EMR (highly preferred)Strong anesthesia support skills, with experience managing up to 150 cases per day across multiple sitesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionFlexibility to rotate among surgical centers and work various shift schedulesNice to Have Skills Experience with Draeger anesthesia machines, Glidescopes, and Alaris IV pumpsFamiliarity with Level III trauma center operationsPrevious experience in hospital and outpatient surgery settingsPreferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with graduate-level anesthesia trainingAt least 2 years of clinical anesthesia practice in a busy hospital or surgery center environmentOther Requirements Willingness to commit to a 13-week contract, with potential for longer duration (preferably around 6 months)Ability to work a full 40-hour week with no part-time options; schedule options include 4x10s, 5x8s, or 3x12s, with rotations to up to four surgery centers (Lexington, Irmo, Northeast Columbia)Flexible to travel up to once or twice weekly to ambulatory surgery centers; may occasionally finish shifts at surgery centers and return to the main hospitalCredentialing timeframe of 60-90 daysEarn an hourly pay rate of $218.40 and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, weekly Direct Deposit, medical benefits (W-2), referral bonuses, licensure and travel reimbursements, and more.
