Forklift Driver - Servo

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies* Load trucks and secure product in accordance with customer requirements* Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device* Monitor material usage on work floor and supply production lines with raw materials* Weigh materials or products and record results on tags, labels, or production schedules* Keep production lines supplied with raw materials* Inventory product as needed. And label, sort, wrap and tie product* Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device* Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the warehouse* Communicate with floor lead - maintenance issues, downtime, production issues, unacceptable or non-conforming loads, poor bale quality, or any other issues with material being handled* Meet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines* Special projects as business dictate* Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS* Must be 18 years of age* Must have earned a High School Diploma, GED, required schooling, qualifying experience or skills* Machine Operator experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting* Ability to work a flexible schedule* Ability to follow detailed instructions* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Team-oriented and self-directed* Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and to the safety regulations* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base profile (below) for this position* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job* Must be able to perform all the job functions safely* Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified* Must agree to wear the proper assigned PPE and shoes approved for this job as specified in Contact and Safety Requirements
