Finance Business Partner

We're partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Finance Business Partner to support a high-visibility supply/manufacturing site in the Columbia area.This is a key on-site finance leadership role, partnering directly with the Supply General Manager and cross-functional leaders in operations and supply chain. What You'll Do:Serve as the strategic finance partner to site leadershipLead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and performance analysisOwn plant-level financial management, including product costing and standard cost updatesManage working capital (inventory, fixed assets, cash discipline)Drive variance analysis and provide forward-looking business insightChampion governance, controls, and audit readinessSupport investment decisions with strong financial modeling and cost-benefit analysisPromote financial awareness and commercial acumen across operationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)5-7+ years of manufacturing finance experienceStrong background in cost accounting and plant-level financial managementExperience in multinational environments with solid governance and control frameworksProven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teamsERP experience (JDE E1 or similar preferred)Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and modeling skillsWhy This Role?High-impact finance leadership position within a manufacturing siteStrategic seat at the table with operations leadershipBlend of operational finance, business partnering, and governance
