Enterprise Account Manager / Telecom - Manpower Our client is a regional provider of reliable, advanced internet services serving central Missouri. They are seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join their corporate sales team. As the company continues to expand its service offerings, this role will focus on managing and growing revenue within a portfolio of top enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will leverage existing client relationships, oversee key accounts, and identify additional solutions that strengthen partnerships and drive long-term growth.Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager Location: Columbia, MO Pay Rate Range: $75K base salary + bonus on sales growth What's the Job?Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of enterprise and large business customersServe as the primary point of contact for customer needs, questions, and service expansion opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services, locations, or technology solutionsConduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfactionDevelop account strategies to support long-term retention and revenue growthPresent telecommunications solutions including internet, voice, data, and fiber servicesPrepare proposals, presentations, and reports related to customer performance and revenue growthNegotiate agreements and renewals while maintaining strong client relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolutionTrack and report on account activity, sales performance, and customer engagementWhat's Needed?5+ years of professional experience in account management, business sales or customer relationship management.Strong knowledge of the telecom industry is required.
