Were looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team. As a CRS, you'll greet patients, manage check-in and check-out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists), verify insurance and demographic information, and collect co-pays. Youll also support day-to-day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, working on a team, and making a difference in the patient experience from the very first interaction.
