No previous carpet cleaning experience is required - we train everything in-house.This role is for people who take ownership, work hard, and want to build real skills and leadership responsibility over time.Everyone starts as a Technician. High performers earn opportunities to move into leadership.Career Path: Technician → Senior Technician → Crew LeaderWhat you'll do: Perform residential and commercial carpet & floor cleaning Learn professional equipment, chemistry, and procedures Deliver excellent customer service on every job Communicate clearly with customers and the office Care for tools, vehicles, and job sites As you progress, assist with training new technicians Crew Leaders additionally: Run daily job execution Lead a helper/technician Make quality and process decisions on-site Represent Neville & Sons professionally We reward growth intentionally.
