The Aviation Logistics / Warehouse Supervisor oversees production support for maintenance and flying operations for Pax River Integrated Test Force/. Additional responsibilities include: - Proactively manages the F/-35 Patuxent /(Pax/) River Integrated Test Force /(ITF/) warehouse, tool room and support equipment departments/. - Develops all necessary processes to carry out the roles and responsibilities of the ITF warehouse, tool room and support equipment/. - Assist the onsite property manager as required/. Provide supervision and leadership to 18/+ represented and salaried personnel/. - Responsible for identifying parts locations, loading assets into the Industrial Financial System /(IFS/) Database, management of parts issues, receipts, turn/-ins, and methods of shipment/. - Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions/. - Receives direction from the Logistics Associate and Senior Managers/. - Coordinates maintenance and logistics requirements with maintenance and logistics managers/. Attends daily maintenance and flight operations meetings/. - Forecast production support requirements for modifications periods to support the integrated maintenance plan/. - Consults with the Engineers for specifications and determines feasibility of use, repair or replacement of equipment and parts/. - Monitors the Autonomic Logistics Information System /(ALIS/) to ensure maintenance and equipment actions are properly documented/. - Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance/. Must be able to obtain a final Secret Clearance/. Must be a US Citizen/.
