The Human Resources Generalist II is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment"”manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.LocationSouth Colorado SpringsSalary range: $72,000-83,000/yearPosition OverviewAs part of a small, high-impact HR team, the HR Generalist II will support a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR program administration. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping ensure smooth HR operations while supporting both day-to-day needs and broader organizational initiatives.
