Senior Engineer I - Reliability

Microchip is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Colorado Springs, CO office. This role is responsible for conducting qualification stress test evaluations that support company strategies for industrial, automotive, and military product release. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product performance meets internal and industry requirements, including JEDEC, ISO, Military/ Aerospace, and Automotive (AEC) standards, to meet customer expectations across product lifecycles. This engineer will work both independently and collaboratively, serving as a technical leader and individual contributor as needed. This role requires close collaboration within an interactive laboratory engineering team, as well as direct communication with internal stakeholders, vendors and suppliers, auditors, and management.
