Ensure that quality finished goods are being built and that they meet the customer's quality specifications in a safe and efficient manner. Team members must follow established policies and procedures. Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes. Be constructive in feedback and instructions. Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management. Making sure all process sheets are filled out daily: Start up checklist, In-Process Inspection Sheets, Feeder Logs   Work Stations are cleaned before your shift is overQualificationsQualifications: (knowledge, skills and abilities):  High degree of professionalism along with organizational skills, tact, and diplomacy.
