Job DescriptionJob Title: Blending Supervisor Location: Cold Spring, MN Compensation: $54,080.00- $58,240.00 annually Schedule: Night Shift | 545 pm - 6:00am (rotating 2-2-3 schedule) Job Type: Direct HireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Blending Supervisor for a company in Cold Spring, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Blending Supervisor: Manage and direct warehouse and production teams to meet company goals Implement new production line initiatives, including technology and process changes Develop and improve SOPs for warehousing and production processes Conduct training for leads, coordinators, and clerks on inventory and safety procedures Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and products Assist with FIFO inventory system setup and maintenance Recommend and initiate personnel actions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotions Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety protocols, and audit requirements Communicate effectively across shifts and departments Act as liaison for customer and vendor visits What You Need to Bring to the Blending Supervisor Role: 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or transportation preferred Previous leadership experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments Strong communication skills with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple priorities #NewCareerByDoherty Ready to Apply?What are you waiting for?
