Job Title Job Identification 1462 Location: Trettel Lane, Cloquet, MN, 55720, US Job Description Division/Department: Human Services Facilities Location: Min No Aya Win Human Services Center - Onsite Reports To: Director of Human Services Probationary Period: 90 days Full time, 120 days Part time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Classification: Non-Child-Related NA Driver's License: Level 0 - No Driver's License required. Rate of Pay: $17.31 to $19.47 hourly. Responsibilities Assists the Facilities Coordinator and Risk/Loss Manager with developing and processing correspondence, policies, and procedure, programs literature, forms and documents, media materials, power-point presentations, spreadsheets and other work processing documents. Plan for and manage special projects, renovations, location alterations, and other logistical problems associated with staff and operational changes and events. Assists with tracking and providing status updates on facilities projects including capital improvement projects. Ability to research products and safety items for the division. Assists in tracking, prioritizing maintenance requests, and reporting the requests back to departments across the division. Assist with processing purchase orders, check requests, mileage, travel, documents for department staff. Assists management by managing individual staff and department calendars including tracking leave, training, and travel time. Maintains a master schedule and provides reminders of monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks to ensure timely completion of organizational work. Schedule meetings, assist with planning and meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and take minutes for departmental meetings and workgroups. Assists with invoice processing and follow-up with contractors, vendors, etc. as needed. Appropriate work attire is required. Must attend all mandatory department trainings. Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members and/or clients. Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary. Qualifications No Driver's License Required. AA degree required or 3 years of experience in similar role. Knowledge of computer applications including word processing, Access, Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required. Office experience, telephone experience, and knowledge of office machines are preferred. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required. Attention to detail and accuracy is required. Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
