Come and experience your future!The WorkSuccessful candidate will:• Lead and perform RF/Microwave analyses, design solutions and solve development problems across multiple platforms.• Contribute to technical planning, System development and design, requirements decomposition and allocation, detailed trade studies, design verification and validation, cost and risk, testability, and manufacturability.• Support top level architecture design, mission planning, requirements decomposition and traceability.• Lead development and maturation of RF designs efforts through entire program lifecycle.• Interface with subject matter experts and providers of various subsystem products and technologies.• Provide RF manufacturing support including assembly and test and automated test system designs.• Perform cascade analyses, modeling, simulation, troubleshooting, and test of various RF Subsystems, circuits, and components.• Self-sufficient RF Hardware Design Engineer who can work under general direction and independently determine and develop approaches to solutions and lead team throughout full design cycles.• Collaborate through effective communication skills with interdisciplinary teams, cross-Business Areas and customers to appropriately communicate status and results.Who we areSyracuse, NY is a vibrant city located in the heart of upstate New York. Experience with phased array radars and associated radiating element design. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $142,000 - $246,100.
