Description Frantz Ward LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support and expand the firm's Human Resources operations. This role will play a key part in benefits administration, recruiting coordination, employee engagement initiatives, HR systems management, and firm-wide events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional services environment.Benefits & Compensation AdministrationAdminister employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, FSA, and ancillary benefits Process benefit changes (new hires, terminations, qualifying events, open enrollment) Coordinate annual open enrollment Support 401(k) administration, quarterly meetings, notices, Form 5500, and year-end testingWellness & Employee EngagementSupport wellness programs, events, and engagement initiatives Promote wellness tools including Teladoc Events & CulturePlan and coordinate firm events and morale activities Lead Events Committee and manage communications HRIS & PayrollMaintain HR data in Paylocity Assist with onboarding improvements Serve as backup to payrollRecruiting & TrainingCoordinate interviews and candidate communications Conduct phone screens for staff roles Assist with training coordination Facilities & OperationsCoordinate office supplies, repairs, moves, and organizationRequirements1-2 years HR or administrative experience preferredExperience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 per year, with final compensation based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other legitimate business considerations.
